• What is the best way to keep my flowers hydrated?
    The natural flower collections from Petal & Co, will not require a significant amount of watering, however, it is recommended that you keep an eye on the moisture levels of your blooms and as needed, or approximately every 2 days, pour half a glass or so of water into the center of the arrangement. Simply peek through to ensure the water is falling onto the stems and to avoid any edges that may soak the housing your arrangement.
  • Will the colour of the roses and flowers be as exact as the photo?
    Please note, that the photos shown are for reference only. However, we will always be using the freshest seasonal flowers available, and tone and colour variations may occur naturally from rose to rose.
  • Can I customise a flower box?
    Absolutely, simply email or contact us. Make sure to include specific details on the flower arrangements you are after. We recommend a minimum notice of 2 days before the preferred delivery date.  For more complex arrangements or requests, a longer lead-time may be required.
  • What can I expect when purchasing an ‘assorted’ arrangement?
    Our aim at Petal & Co. is to embrace the seasons and the naturally occurring flowers blooming during those times.  A flower that is in season is essentially at its peak and most beautiful state.  Assorted arrangements will have flowers picked at our discretion from the finest and freshest blooms available. These seasonal, artistically arranged blooms are statement pieces celebrating nature and its beauty.If you have a specific colour scheme or flowers you would like to request, please contact us preferably 2 days before expected delivery date.
  • I made a mistake with my order. What should I do?
    Email us as soon as possible so that your changes can be taken into account before delivery. Please include your order number to help our staff process your request as quickly as possible. Please note that some changes may vary in price.


  • Do you ship Sundays and Public Holidays?
    At the moment we do not, but we will in the future.
  • Can I opt to collect my flowers instead of deliver?
    Unfortunately all Petal & Co. arrangements must be delivered to a specific address. We are an e-boutique where ordering is made easy online and deliveries therefore require a receiver address.
  • What if no one is home at the time of delivery?
    Our driver will call the phone number left on the order, if there is no answer, they will leave the product somewhere safe at the delivery location.
  • If you are not satisfied with the quality or appearance of your order
    Roses, blooms, foliage and branches are sourced are purchased fresh daily. Some variation in appearance may occur naturally; however, if you feel that your flowers are damaged or have any other concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us via email to discuss feedback, and we will endeavour to correct any shortcomings within reason.


  • Preordering Preordering is 30 days maximum and minimum 1 day notice for orders.


  • Can I purchase via Direct Debit/Amex?
    Amex Cards will incur a 2% surcharge fee of total amount owing.
    If paying via Direct Debit, please email or contact us requesting our bank details. Note that flowers will not be delivered until funds have cleared.
  • Refund for Change of Mind
    Refunds for change of mind are permitted, given that notice is given at least 48 hours before the delivery date.
